Shipping & Refund Policy

At Riesterer’s Bakery, we bake fresh daily and pack your order with care so it arrives just as delicious as it left our ovens. Here’s what you can expect:

 


 

Shipping

  • Where we ship: We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States.

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and size.

  • Delivery times: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

  • Perishable items: Our baked goods are made fresh and have a limited shelf life. We recommend enjoying them as soon as they arrive and following storage instructions included in your package.

 


 

Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged,

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of your order.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Photos of the issue may be requested.

 


 

Food Allergies

Our bakery uses nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other allergens. While we are careful, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please reach out before ordering if you have allergy concerns.
