 Welcome to Riesterer’s Bakery! By using our website www.rbakery.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. General Use of Our Website

  • The content on rbakery.com is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

 

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our site.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those with incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the order size.

  • Shipping Zones: We currently ship within the United States. Certain items may have restrictions based on state or regional food laws.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery times vary by destination (generally 2–5 business days after order processing). Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Perishable Items: Our baked goods are made fresh and have limited shelf life. We ship with the goal of your order arriving in optimal condition, but Riesterer’s Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside of our control.

 

 

4. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rbakery.com or (516) 481-7636.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Proof of damage (e.g., photographs) may be required.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

 

 

5. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Riesterer’s Bakery is a kosher-certified bakery - under the Vaad Harabonim of Queens.

  • Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us with allergy concerns before ordering.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on rbakery.com, including logos, text, images, recipes, and designs, is the property of Riesterer’s Bakery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Riesterer’s Bakery will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order you placed.
